Thank you for your interest in joining K-W Parents of Multiple Births Association!

Membership with K-W POMBA is open to families with multiples (Twins, Triplets or more) who live in the Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, and surrounding areas.

The membership year is September 1, 2023 – August 31, 2024

Our membership rate is $30 per year. With a membership with K-W POMBA, you will receive the following benefits: 

• Access to support offered by K-W POMBA’s Peer Parents including expectant parent meetings, home visits after the arrival of your multiples, and borrowing equipment (example: triplet strollers or breastfeeding pumps)
• Opportunities to attend informative meetings throughout the year, which includes support from other multiple parents and workshops on parenting topics.
• Opportunities to attend various social functions (Play groups and parenting social events)
• Opportunities to join in on our fun seasonal experiences, such as our annual trip to the pumpkin patch (full or partial fees are covered with the help of each membership fee)
• Access to experienced parents in areas such as breastfeeding, prematurity, higher order multiples, DNA testing, bed rest, c-section, colic, and loss of a multiple
• A regular newsletter discussing all things multiple births

New membership forms and dues must be submitted each year to retain membership. Verification of membership will be provided by email after confirming receipt of membership dues (if you consented to K-W POMBA emailing you).

We accept memberships through our online form. If you are having trouble with the form please email membership@kwpomba.ca for assistance.

Payment:
Your membership will not be final until we receive your membership payment of $30. After submitting your membership form please send an e-transfer to membership@kwpomba.ca. Please use the password “kwpomba” and make sure to include the name and email address you used for one of the parents/guardians on the form so we can match your payment with your form. Once we have confirmed your payment and matched it to your membership form you will receive a proof of membership email (if you consented to KW POMBA emailing you).
